This week I’m taking you Truck Camping in a remote Minnesota State Park. It was super quiet; I was the only one in the entire park. It was a beautiful weekend, and the scenery was amazing. I made a custom hanging stand over the campfire and smoked a tomahawk steak. It was a one of my best campfire cooking experiments yet.
