Welcome to this week’s video. I’m at the Savanna State Park in Aitkin County Minnesota. I came out here to test my new E-Bike the Engwe. It’s an awesome little electric bike that took me all over the park. I will leave links below if you are interested in the Engwe. The park was super quiet. I was the only one use the camping facilities. There was a person renting a cabin in the park, but I only saw their vehicle once. I went on a late-night walk through the woods. I was on a Cross Country Ski trail, so it was fairly easy walking. I didn’t hear any noises in the woods, the cold crisp evening air was keeping most animals looking for shelter.
I made pizza in the Dutch Oven over the campfire, it was a big failure. The crust was no good, thankfully I was able to salvage the toppings.
Thankfully we haven’t had any big snowstorms or blizzards to contend with, but our temperatures have been freezing cold. Hopefully spring arrives soon so I don’t have to spend so much money heating the truck camper every weekend. Thanks for watching and I’ll see you next week.
