Vivica A. Fox’s been released from jail in Los Angeles. Authorities say she was arrested late Tuesday for suspicion of driving under the influence.
The California Highway Patrol says Fox – who’s 42 – was pulled over on the Hollywood Freeway going 80 miles-per-hour. Officials say she was arrested after she failed a field sobriety test – and that a breathalyzer put her blood-alcohol level above the legal limit.
Fox has appeared in such movies as ‘Kill Bill: Volume 1,’ and ‘Independence Day.’ She was also a contestant on last season’s ‘Dancing With the Stars.’
