Night fishing for walleyes is really special it’s calm with no boat traffic and on a full moon big fish are jumping all over the place it’s quite a show.
Better be prepared with strong equipment you’ll need it.
Check your local regulations because in some areas night fishing is closed. A simple and cheap tricks is adding a piece of phosphorescent Glow Wrapz to the rod tip for helping detect the lightest bite. Try recharging them every 30 to 40 minutes to keep them ultra bright with a blast of a camera flash or a cell phone flashlight.
